Spring has finally arrived and New Yorkers are running outside to take advantage of the first weekend of the season. These warm, sunny days are inspiring many to shed their heavy coats and venture onto the 29,000 acres of land controlled by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.
If you plan to join them, enjoy yourself … but remember that there are rules in the parks. Serious rules. Lots of them. Here are some of the warning signs posted in and around the city’s parks and playgrounds. Have fun and watch your step.

Although most is “common sense” sometimes what we feel is common sense, is not common sense for everyone and it takes re-informing the do’s and don’ts… thats just how it is… thanks for the refreshing article, Ill be at the park this weekend with my daughter
That was an amusing post! And I recognize the signs of the Erie Basin Park, as anyone who has made the trip to Ikea with the water taxi. 😉
About the pigeon warnings, I have heard on French radio today that a woman was arrested – her neighbors were fed up that she continued feeding the pigeons despites a few warnings. They had pigeons presents on their cars and didn’t quite like it.
Admiring the effort and time you set into your blog and detailed information you supply! I will bookmark your weblog and have my youngsters test up right here often. Thumbs up!
My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find the majority of your post’s to be just what I’m looking for. Does one offer guest writers to write content to suit your needs? I wouldn’t mind publishing a post or elaborating on a number of the subjects you write regarding here. Again, awesome web site!
With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being stolen? I’d really appreciate it.
Some time i really get wonder that how people write something so information like the above details, i am really thanks full of you guys for sharing. Thanks Alot

Howdy would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working
with? I’m planning to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time making a decision between
BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most
blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S My apologies
for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
I am extremely inspired along with your writing talents and also with the structure to your blog.
Is this a paid topic or did you modify it your self?
Anyway keep up the excellent quality writing, it is uncommon to see a great weblog like this one nowadays..
some of these rules can only be regarded as common sense, but some people still need to be told explicitly, don’t they!
